("Academy", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in the Kingdom of Thailand, with principal offices at 51/6 Tha Phae Road, T. Chang Moi, A. Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50300.
By accessing our website (nodecascadehub.click), registering for an educational cohort, purchasing studio passes, or attending any live clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.
2. Educational Nature of Services (Non-Advisory Disclosure)
Node Cascade Hub Co., Ltd. provides technical analysis education, historical chart examination frameworks, liquidity mapping methodologies, and risk planning coaching.
Educational Scope Disclosure: All instructional lectures, mark-up examples, case studies, and mentoring feedback provided by our instructors are designed exclusively for educational and analytical training. Node Cascade Hub Co., Ltd. operates strictly as an educational training academy. We provide technical analysis education, chart examination frameworks, and risk planning methodologies. Trading financial markets carries substantial risk of capital loss.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All course syllabi, lecture slides, proprietary liquidity zone mapping workbooks, video recordings, cheat sheets, and visual diagrams created by Node Cascade Hub Co., Ltd. remain our exclusive intellectual property protected by Thai and international copyright laws.
Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for individual study only. You may not distribute, screen-record, publicly broadcast, resell, repackage, or sub-license any Academy content without prior written authorization.
4. Studio Facility Etiquette & Code of Conduct
Participants visiting our physical Chart Lab in Chiang Mai are expected to maintain a professional, focused atmosphere. We reserve the right to revoke studio access or terminate cohort participation without refund for disruptive behavior, harassment, unauthorized solicitation, or intentional damage to studio equipment.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Thailand, Node Cascade Hub Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial trading losses, lost capital, or technical interruptions arising from your participation in our courses.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
