1. Overview of Enrollment Protection

At Node Cascade Hub Co., Ltd., we keep cohort sizes strictly limited (maximum 16 chartists per flagship group, 8 per weekend clinic) to guarantee intensive, personalized feedback and individual mark-up audits. This policy balances student flexibility with the operational commitments of our teaching faculty.

2. Cancellation & Full Refund Eligibility (Prior to Cohort Start)

  • More than 14 Calendar Days Before Start Date: 100% full tuition refund, minus any standard third-party bank processing fees (typically 3%).
  • Between 7 and 14 Calendar Days Before Start Date: 70% refund of total tuition, or a 100% tuition credit transferable to any future cohort within 12 months.
  • Less than 7 Calendar Days Before Start Date: 50% tuition refund, or 100% tuition credit transferable to the following month's cohort.

3. Withdrawal Once Training Has Commenced

  • During Week 1 of Flagship Cohort: If after attending the first 2 live sessions you feel the curriculum does not match your analytical requirements, you may request a 50% pro-rata refund upon returning all proprietary study guides and templates.
  • After Week 1: No cash refunds are granted once the cohort enters Week 2, as curriculum modules, mark-up feedback hours, and mentor time have been fully allocated.

4. Private 1-on-1 Mentorship Terms

For bespoke 8-week private mentorship programs:

  • Unused, uncommenced 1-on-1 coaching blocks may be canceled with a pro-rata refund for all remaining scheduled sessions minus a $150 USD administrative setup fee.
  • Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sessions missed without notice (no-shows) are deducted from the mentee's total session count.

5. Chiang Mai Chart Lab Studio Day Passes

  • Studio Day Passes: Fully refundable or re-bookable up to 24 hours prior to the reserved date. Unused day passes are non-refundable after the reservation date has passed.
  • Monthly Studio Passes: Refundable on a pro-rata basis if canceled within the first 5 business days of the monthly cycle.

6. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Custom 1-on-1 forensic trade journal audits that have already been conducted and delivered by an instructor.
  • Downloaded proprietary PDF cheat sheets and indicator-free mark-up templates once electronic delivery has occurred.
  • Sessions missed without 24-hour advance cancellation (no-shows).

7. Rescheduling & Cohort Transfers

Life events happen. Any enrolled student in good standing may request one complimentary transfer to a later cohort date by submitting written notice at least 5 calendar days prior to their original start date.

8. Refund Process & Timelines

  1. Submit a formal refund request via email to info@nodecascadehub.click stating your full name, enrolled program, and reason for withdrawal.
  2. Our admissions coordinator will review the enrollment timestamp and calculate eligibility within 2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment route (international bank wire or domestic Thai bank transfer) within 7 to 14 business days.
