  • Communication History: Records of inquiries sent via our contact forms, email correspondences, or admission consultation notes.
  • Technical & Analytical Data: IP address, device type, browser settings, and cookie interaction timestamps.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (Thailand PDPA)

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) of Thailand, we process your personal data on the following lawful bases:

  • Contractual Performance: Processing required to provide your enrolled cohort training, evaluate assignments, and deliver mentoring feedback.
  • Legitimate Interests: Improving our curriculum, defending against fraudulent inquiries, and ensuring studio physical security.
  • Consent: Sending weekly chart analysis digests where you have explicitly opted in via our subscription forms.

4. Data Retention Periods

We retain student enrollment records, mark-up archives, and certificates for up to 5 years following graduation to verify alumni credentials. General contact inquiries that do not result in enrollment are purged after 12 months.

If you access our training streams or digital course materials from outside Thailand, your data may be hosted on secure cloud infrastructure located in Asia and North America. All cloud service providers adhere to rigorous encryption protocols and contractual data processing agreements aligned with PDPA standards.
